I grew up in Visalia, CA and went to college in Thousand Oaks, CA. I began my professional career in commercial finance in the greater Los Angeles area in 1999. I was a commercial loan officer for US Bank in the Santa Monica office. In this role I worked on commercial real estate, commercial lines of credit, commercial leases, and a wide variety of other commercial financing. The commercial loans varied from small business loans to complex credit facilities with an aggregate credit exposure of over $100 million.
In 2004, I relocated back to Visalia and was a Vice President, Branch Manager for a prominent community bank in the Central Valley. I got my real estate sales license in 2004 and in 2007, I transitioned to being a mortgage loan officer for Centex Homes. Within 14 months I was third in the Western Region for the number of transactions closed. In 2008, I obtained my brokers associate license and in 2012, I transitioned out of mortgages into resale real estate helping support individuals and families, buy and sell residential properties.
My wife, Monica Ryan, is a real estate agent. We work together on every transaction. We provide our clients with wealth of industry knowledge, constant communication, transparency, and a focus on building lifelong relationships.
