I know Visalia! I was raised in the small quaint town attending all local schools. I attended the master’s College and received my degree in Written Communication and Marketing, as well as a Biblical Studies Degree. I also earned my teaching credential from Fresno Pacific. Early in my career I worked as a Public Relations Assistant at the Tulare County Fair Grounds, Management of Gottschalks Department Store and I taught elementary school in different areas of the Valley. But my family’s impact was greater. My dad was a local builder in Tulare County. I grew up on the construction site, reading blueprints by the time I was 10. I was taught all about the building process and construction and it’s with that love I entered real estate.
My first experience in Real Estate was working as a transaction coordinator and office manager for a small firm doing all the behind-the-scenes work – basically all the tedious paperwork! In 2015, I decided it was time to put my expertise to work and attained my license. My first two house I sold were houses that my dad built. From there I’ve sold residential properties and land all over Tulare, Fresno, Madera and San Luis Obispo Counties. With my background, it makes me the perfect agent for you. I’m not only good at marketing your home, I pride myself in knowing the town and area I grew up in and love.
